What began as a single storefront offering pianos and sheet music quickly became a trusted destination for musicians and educators across Oklahoma. Over the decades, Saied Music has remained proudly family-owned, passing its values and leadership through generations, and staying deeply rooted in Tulsa’s music retail and education scene.

Jim Saied
Jim Saied founded Saied Music Company in 1946, returning from World War II with a passion for giving every child access to music. He opened his first Saied Music store in downtown Tulsa on January 10, 1946.

Bob Saied
Saied Music expanded regionally across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas. Bob grew the company into a multi-location, full-line dealer and strengthened its role in music education and quality retail sales and service.

Instruments We Teach
Saied Music Studios has been building musicians for generations — since 1946. We’ve helped thousands of students across Tulsa discover their creativity, build confidence, and grow as musicians. We provide private lessons for Kids, Teens, and Adults in Piano, Voice, Guitar, Drums, Violin, Saxophone, Trumpet, and more!
With our partnership with Saied Music Company, we also offer Instrument Sales and Rentals, Sheet Music and Accessories, and Instrument Repair. Students can choose from in-person or online lessons and participate in performance opportunities throughout the year.
